蝦仁豆腐

材料：

豆腐，蝦仁或者鮮蝦，蛋清。

調料：

做法：

4、加入適量清湯或者開水（水的量要能沒過所有魚片）燒開。

5，將魚頭和魚排放入煮10分鐘，將鮮味熬出來。

6，將醃好的魚片逐片放入湯中，用筷子撥散，等魚片煮變色，用鹽、糖、雞精、胡椒粉調味，用深盤盛出，燒少許熱油澆在魚片上即可。



小貼士：

可以在酸菜魚湯汁中加入粉絲、豆芽、金針菇等蔬菜；也可以用魚排熬好的酸菜魚湯當作鍋底，涮魚片和其他肉類蔬菜，就是酸菜魚火鍋啦。

蕎麥性味甘平，具有下氣利腸、清熱解毒的功能。《本草綱目》載，它能“降氣寬腸，磨積滯，消熱腫風痛，除白濁白帶、脾積泄瀉。”所以常食蕎麥麵可以寬腸降氣，健胃止痢，降低血壓。此外，蕎麥麵還可外用治療“丹毒”、“瘡腫”等；蕎麥葉搗爛外敷，可用於外傷及紫癜、眼底出血等；蕎麥秧、葉含有較多量的蘆丁，以其做食品或煮水常服，還可預防高血壓引起的腦溢血。

食用蕎麥食品應該注意：一是一次不可吃得過多，否則會造成消化不良；二是腫瘤患者應忌食，否則會加重病情
